At Russell’s BBQ, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy every order you receive from us. If you ever have an issue, we’re here to help.
Food Products (Sauces & Rubs)
Because our food items are perishable and consumable, all sales are final.
However, if your sauces or rubs arrive broken, leaking, or damaged, we will replace or refund the affected items.
To process a replacement quickly, customers must send us photos of:
The shipping box
The shipping label
The damaged product
Please email the photos as soon as possible after delivery.
We insure all of our shipments so that if something breaks in transit (it happens!), we can replace your items right away while we wait for UPS to compensate us.
Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)
We accept returns or exchanges for merchandise items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:
Unused and unworn
In its original condition
In original packaging (if applicable)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
For all products, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Photos (for sauces/rubs: box, label, and product)
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error on the order.
Please allow your bank or card provider time to process the refund after it’s submitted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
