We work hard to make sure all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or modify products at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • Your order may be canceled or limited if we suspect fraud or misuse.

All prices are listed in USD unless noted otherwise.

4. Shipping

We pack and ship every order with care. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for its delivery.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds (Sauces & Rubs)

We stand behind every bottle. If your sauce or rub arrives damaged, we will replace or refund the product.

To process a replacement quickly, you must send photos of the shipping box, the label, and the damaged product as soon as possible.

All shipments are insured, so these photos allow us to file a claim with UPS and send out a replacement right away.

Non-damaged items are generally not eligible for return due to food safety regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, text, images, graphics, and product designs—is owned by Russell’s BBQ and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

By using our website or products, you agree that Russell’s BBQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Delays or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers
